- Never lose money. Protecting our and our investor’s capital is our number one priority.
- Inspect what you expect. Whether it’s a 500k SF re roof or a 500 SF TI build out, we always inspect what we expect to ensure our vendors, team, partners, etc. are abiding by the terms of their respective contract.
- Obsess over downside risk. Most the deals we look at have several paths to upside, but we obsess over all the ways it could potentially go wrong, and what if anything we can do to mitigate it.
- Integrity at all costs: The commercial real estate world is smaller, and the retail commercial real estate world is smaller. We pride ourselves on our integrity and desire to always do the right thing.
- We strive to be the hardest workers in the room. This one is pretty self explanatory.
